Since this is a very new topic, many years of data have not yet been accumulated. For this reason, I think there is no need to go looking for adventures across the chest. In order to enlarge the breasts sufficiently by injecting the adipose tissue into the breast, 2 or 3 sessions may be required. This means two or three times more surgical stress and a high cost, even if your breasts with fat tissue may not be the desired size.

There are 3 different plans in which silicone prostheses can be used in breast augmentation surgery. The ideal plan to choose depending on the structure of each breast and body can vary. The choice should be made during the exam based on your expectations and the results determined by your plastic surgeon during the exam.

How Is The Size Of The Breast Prosthesis Determined?

The most important determinant in determining the size of the silicone breast prosthesis is the person’s chest diameter. Do Silicone Breast Implants Prevent Milk From Being Produced?

Silicone breast implants are never placed in the breast tissue. They are placed under the breast tissue, under the muscle membrane or under the muscle. Accordingly, people with silicone breast implants can breastfeed their babies easily and after birth. Only when the incision is made around the nipple can breastfeeding be problematic. For this reason, it is not advisable to place the prosthesis around the nipple if you are considering pregnancy.

Where Should The Cut Or Scar Be?

An incision can be made at 3 different locations to perform a breast prosthesis. These are the inframammary fold, the edge of the colored part (areola) around the nipple and the armpit incisions. Depending on the selection, a scar of about 3.5 to 4 cm in length remains in one of the areas of the nipple, nipple circumference or armpit. This scar may be reddish at first, but becomes paler afterwards and becomes less visible after about 6 months and a year less. These scars have advantages and disadvantages. When deciding on a vacation, these advantages and disadvantages, the structure of the person, their expectations and whether they want to have a pregnancy or not should be taken into account.
